I have decided that I need to loose weight, but I am curious to which kind of diet to use. I am skeptical about which type of diet to use. A low carb diet, low fat, or what. I don't know who to ask for, and what I would really like to know is why type of foods would help me loose the weight fastest. I also go to a gym.

Right now, the student health center has a part time nutritionist funded only for working with our diabetic students and other specialized problems. For weight loss guidance, you can contact the food service nutritionist, Kara Ten Kley, by asking for her when you call 650-3000.
