the difference between light and dark meat, nutritionally? I like the taste
of chicken thighs better than breasts, but I've heard too much dark meat is
bad for you.
A:
There is a higher saturated fat content in dark meat, so the same number of
ounces of meat means higher calorie count and fat for dark meat vs. white.
Just eat a smaller amount and you can still enjoy it.
