The other night I took a calcium vitamin, a B-6 vitamin
(6mg), and a pre-natal vitamin after I ate dinner. About 45 minutes later,
my stomach felt sour and I was somewhat dizzy. It was almost like the
feeling you get when you're carsick or hung over. Are these vitamins
reacting badly when I take them together. Should I avoid taking them all
at once and take some in the morning and some at night, or was it likely
something else that made me feel that way?

It is hard to say as none of these supplements should cause
your symptoms but you should try taking them separately to see.
