Will sleep aids make my hormonal contraceptive (Nuvaring) less effective? I know certain medications have been known to do this, so just thought I'd ask. I take it occasionally, it's called Nightime Sleep Aid (it's a Riteaid brand) it's active ingredient is Diphenhydramine HCI. Thanks!
