test. There is no "lab" test for HPV in a male like the pap smear and HPV
DNA testing of vaginal fluid in the female.
It is
possible to biopsy a lesion and send it for analysis, but there are few
patients where that is necessary or advisable. There is no test available to
rule out HPV in an asymptomatic (no symptoms or lesions) male.
