Welcome to Prevention and Wellness Services at WWU Being a healthy college student means having the confidence and energy to live each day to its fullest. In part, good health is up to the individual - how you make choices and care for yourself. Health is achievable when you take care of yourself and each other, when you make informed decisions and practice skills to enhance health and well-being, and when you respect each other as unique, worthwhile individuals. But, good health is neither achieved nor compromised in isolation. Each of us is connected to each other and to different physical, psychological, social and economic environments which influence our health choices and contribute to our health status. At Prevention and Wellness Services, we support you in your personal efforts to improve and maintain your health as an individual so that you may achieve your academic and career goals and your personal dreams. And we challenge you to do your part to contribute to the community health of your campus so that collectively we can assure the conditions in which all people can be healthy.
Prevention and Wellness Services has several campus locations.
