ADCAS
(Alcohol and Other Drug Services)
Our Alcohol and Other Drug Services provide a
safe, confidential, professional service for Western Students who want
assistance or information regarding their own or someone else's alcohol
or drug use.
CASAS
(Crime and Sexual Assault Assistance and Support Services)
CASAS provides a wide
range of support services to students who may have experience sexual assault
or other violent crimes.
Self-Care
Center
Self-Care Center is a friendly accessible self-care center where students
can access sexual health peer counseling, print and electronic health
resources, seasonal affective disorder light, and free consultation with
a nurse.
Wellness
Outreach Center
The
Wellness Outreach Center provides
health resources to improve teh quality of daily life for Western students,
like reducting stress, porisitve body image, nutrition and fitness, and
getting involved. Visit them in the erlaxed, positive atmosphere of the
Viking Union.
