The Wellness Outreach Center, also known as “the WOC,” is a health and wellness resource center run by trained peer health educators for the benefit of the WWU community.  It is a place to talk and get information or take a break from studying in a student-friendly atmosphere.  Stop by the WOC and see for yourself!

Things You Can Do at the Wellness Outreach Center:

  • Sign up for CPR/First Aid
  • Have a cup of free tea
  • Take a nap on our couch
  • Test your stress with our biofeedback device
  • Borrow a book (click here to check out our library catalogue online!)
  • Color with crayons
  • Talk to someone who is a good listener
  • Pick up free condoms
  • Sign up to get a fitness buddy
  • Sit in front of our seasonal affective disorder (SAD) light
