NEW WebView Password Requirements
We have recently upgraded our Electronic Medical Records system. As part of that upgrade WebView has implemented a new set of password requirements:
- Password is case sensitive
- Minimum length of 6 characters
- Contain one letter and one number
- Contain one character that is not a letter or number
- Cannot contain the login name
- Cannot be the same as the last 5 entries
These password requirements are almost identical to WWUs requirements so you are encouraged to keep those two passwords the same.
When you try to log in to WebView for the first time since winter break you will be taken to a "Periodic Password Reset" screen. Please follow the instructions on-screen to change your password.
Additionally you can change your password at any time by clicking the "Reset Password" check box on the login screen when you login with your current password.
If you see an error message that says "Not a Vaild Login" it means that either your login name or password is incorrect. Double-check that you are typing in your W number correctly with a capital W and then follow the instructions at the bottom of the screen for a lost password recovery.
If you put your password in the system incorrectly 3 times your account will be locked. You need to call the Health Center (650-3400) to have your account unlocked. If you are unsure of your password follow the instructions at the bottom of the screen for a lost password recovery.
