Are you a Cyber Student?

Where can I get immunization documentation?

Immunization records can usually be obtained from stamped immunization cards, military records or your primary care physician's office.

Where can I get vaccinated?

The WWU Student Health Center provides MMR (measles, mumps & rubella) vaccination at a cost of $15.00. Other options are the Whatcom County Health Department (located at 509 Girard St., Bellingham, (360) 676-6720) by appointment only, or other health care providers. A rubeola titer is available at the Student Health Center for $35.00.

Where do I send my documentation?

All documentation should be sent directly to the WWU Student Health Center (516 High St., Bellingham, WA 98225-9132). You may also FAX copies of your documentation to (360) 650-3883.
