The Virtual Visit was created to provide enrolled students a quick and easy way to request Rx refills and follow up with an SHC provider about a problem that they have already been seen for in the Health Center.

We can not diagnose a problem or provide treatment options using the Virtual Visit forms. If you have a general question please go to Ask The Doc.
