BELLINGHAM – The Western Washington University Master of Business Administration Program will host two information sessions for prospective MBA applicants at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 14 in Gray Wolf Hall Room 364 at University Center/Everett Community College, and at 6 p.m. on Tuesday Nov. 27 at the <a href="http://www.marriott.com/hotels/maps/travel/seasm-renaissance-seattle-hot... target="new">Renaissance Seattle Hotel-Seneca Room.

Professionals who want to learn more about the competitive advantage an MBA degree provides, will have the opportunity to hear about the coursework, career services, application guidelines and financial aid.

With four distinct program options the Western MBA provides flexibility, small class sizes, and a high degree of interaction with high quality faculty. Western’s MBA program graduates have found jobs at global corporations including Amazon, Microsoft, MSNBC.com, United Airlines and Boeing.

Weekend MBA student Shannon Affholter, vice president of Business and Economic Development at Economic Alliance of Snohomish County and an Everett City Council member, said the flexibility of Western’s Weekend MBA @ Everett program makes it practical.

“The MBA program is helping me become an even stronger leader. Because classes are every other weekend, I get to pursue my graduate degree and still maintain my busy professional and family life,” said Affholter.

No reservations are needed to participate and refreshments will be served. More information including directions and parking information can be found at <a href="http://west.wwu.edu/cbe/pages/departments/mba/admissions/InfoSession.sht...

The Western MBA Program has been offering graduate business education in the Pacific Northwest for 30 years. The program offers a part-time evening track, part-time weekend track, traditional two-year track, and accelerated one-year track to serve the needs of the increasingly diverse student population of Washington State and even British Columbia.

The Western MBA Program is AACSB accredited, placing it in the top 5% of business schools in the world, and ranks in the top 100 MBA programs worldwide by the Aspen Institute. Information, maps and directions for the MBA information session can be found at the Western MBA program web site: <a href="https://sn2prd0102.outlook.com/owa/redir.aspx?C=mKGRr5MaME28VOiuhM9vSKkw... target="_blank">www.cbe.wwu.edu/mba.
