Counseling Groups

Students have unlimited use of psycho-educational workshops and groups offered by the Counseling Center. The expected level of student participation will vary depending on the type of group; workshops require active attention but little self-disclosure, while counseling groups place a higher priority on providing a safe environment to share your thoughts or experiences with other members.

Through exercises and group discussion, we will gain a clearer perspective on how we live our lives, the choices we make, and find that we are not alone. Join us in a safe, fun, expansive group experience as together we explore the possibility of self-love, self-acceptance, and find our true nature
