CP Desktop Messaging Installation
CALLPILOT 4.04.04.32 DESKTOP MESSAGING CLIENT - UPGRADE
Close all programs except for this browser window (make sure to close Outlook) before you begin.
Start CallPilot installation
- Click on X:\Software\CallPilot\CallPilot for Office 2003 04.04.04.32/setup.exe
- If prompted by security warnings, click Run.
- Click through the install wizard to completion
- RESTART YOUR COMPUTER BEFORE PROCEEDING
- Start Outlook
- To enable audio toggle (computer < > phone)
- Open Outlook
- Click on Tools, Email Accounts
- Select View or Change
- Highlight CallPilot Desktop Messaging
- Click on Change
- Click on the Audio tab
- Select Confirm settings before playing or recording
- Click Apply
- Click OK
- Click Finish
- To change CallPilot configurable options
- Open Outlook
- Click on Tools, Email Accts
- Select View or Change
- Click Next
- Highlight CallPilot Desktop Messaging
- Click on Change
