CallPilot Greetings
Internal, External & Temporary Greetings
- While logged in to your mailbox, press 82.
- Press 1 for external greeting
or
Press 2 for internal greeting
or
Press 3 for temporary greeting - Press 5 to record.
- Wait for the tone, then record your greeting.
- Press # to end your recording.
- To listen to your greeting, press 2
- Press 4 to return to your mailbox. Use the temporary greeting for times when you'll be out of the office, such as vacations.
Personal Verification (your name)
- While logged in to your mailbox, press 829.
- If you have a current personal verification, you hear it now.
- Press 5 to record.
- Wait for the tone, then say your name.
- Press # to end the recording.
- Press 4 to return to your mailbox.
To play, delete, or re-record your personal verification: Use the same steps as outlined above.
If you do not enter a personal verification, callers hear your mailbox number or your name spelled one letter at a time .
