Voicemail Initialization

To set up your voicemail box for the first time

  1. Dial 7444
  2. Enter the last four digits of your phone number and press #
  3. Enter 0xxxx (where xxxx is your phone number) and press # (this is the default password)
  4. The system requests a change of password now:
    Change your password.
    Have a 4-16 digit password in mind.
    You cannot use your phone number or repeating numbers (5555).
    • Press 84
    • Enter your new password and press #
    • Re-enter your new password and press #
  5. Set up your personal greeting and verification
    • Personal Greeting
      • Press 82
      • Press 1 for external greeting
        (press 2 for internal greeting)
      • Press 5
      • Record your greeting and press #
      • Press 2 if you wish to hear what you recorded
      • Press 5 to re-record if you wish. Press # when done
    • Personal Verification
      • Press 829
      • Press 5
      • Record your name and press #
      • Press 2 if you wish to hear what you recorded
      • Press 5 again to re-record if you wish. Press # when done
  6. Press 83 to end the session
