BI Query 10.2.1 - XP Install

* Note: if the Oracle 10G client currently exists, it is not
necessary to upgrade to Oracle 11G.  Proceed to  BI Query 10.2.1 install*
 

For new installs or reinstallations.
Before you install the Bi Query 10.2.1 client, ensure that
Oracle 11G (32 bit) client is installed.   Read the FAQ page

** DO NOT CLOSE THE DOS WINDOWS DURING THE INSTALL PROCESS**

1. Go to X:\Software\BiQuery folder
2. Mouse click on the BiQuery10-2_XP_Install/bat file


Note: If the window below appears and you are presented with the choice “F” file or ”
D” directory” select  “D”

3. Press any key to continue. This will bring you to a DOS prompt. Close the window and
proceed to start BI Query.



4, navigate to C:\Program Files\Open Text\BI\Query\BI Query User


5. When presented with this popup screen
- Click Unblock button


6. When presented with this popup screen
- Click Unblock button


7. Login with using your WWU credentials
