Centralized Administrative Applications
WWU has purchased the Banner suite of
administrative applications and has implemented the Finance, Accounts
Receivables, Human
Resources, Student, Financial Aid, Housing and Alumni modules. WWU is also currently planning the implementation of
the Student, Financial Aid, Accounts Receivable, and Alumni modules. These
applications run on one of the
Administrative
Systems computers supported by ADMCS.
Administrative applications:
Financial
Information System (Banner Finance module) has been used at Western since
1990.
To gain access to this application or
for assistance in using this system contact Accounting Services Help Desk,
x5890.
Human
Resources System (Banner payroll and personnel) has been used at Western since
July, 1997.
To gain access to this application or
for assistance in using this system contact HR Systems Support, x3492.
Student
Information System (Banner Admissions, Registration, Recruitment, Student Records,
Catalog and Schedule).
These applications were placed into production during 1999. To
gain access to the above current applications or for assistance in using
them contact Registrar’s Office. For Admissions access and assistance
contact the Admissions Office.
Student
Financial Resources (Banner Financial Aid) This application was
implemented in Spring, 1999. For information, contact Student Financial Resources.
University
Residences (Banner Housing) This application has been used since
Spring, 1999 for students. For information, contact University Residences.
Student
Fiscal Services (Banner Accounts Receivables) This Banner application supports the Cashiering,
Billing and Receivables functions and went into production at the same
times as the Student system. For information about this system,
contact Student Accounts.
University
Advancement The current Banner application supports
Alumni and Foundation activities. It was put into production and has
been in use since 2001.
