Password Changing and Locked Accounts NOTE: IF YOU CHANGE YOUR
PASSWORD, YOU MUST EXIT ALL BANNER
SESSIONS AND THEN LOG BACK IN
Note: When you change your Banner Password, change
your Universal Password. Likewise should you change your Universal
Password, change your Banner Password. This will keep your drive mapping
to your Banner Jobsubmit directory connected.
Note: Figure 1 - Performing step 1 will take you to the appropriate Gecko or
Hydra password change form.

appears while attempting to log onto PPRD (Gecko/Banner) or WWIS (Hydra/Banner), you must change your
Gecko or Hydra password.
If you do not know your old password or unable to change your password,
contact the ADMCS Help Desk at xt.4444.
