Banner Password Changing and Locked Accounts

For most administrative users, when you change your universal password, your Banner (INB/web) password will change automatically. To change your universal password now:
Universal Password Change. 

After changing your universal or Banner/unix password you must exit all Banner sessions and then log back into Banner. 

 
Note:    
  Are you are an administrative user who also uses any one of the following?
  Jobsubmt Output Directory
  SSH
  SFTP
  Filezilla
  PuTTY
   
  If the answer to this question is yes, you must also change your Unix (uisap and/or tisap) password within Banner, by clicking on the appropriate link below:

To utilize the SSO (Single Sign On feature of myWestern) the uisap Banner/FAMIS WWIS  password must be the same as your universal password.
     

LOCKED ACCOUNTS
If you receive the message or error that your Banner account is locked, please phone the Help Desk x4444 and ask to have your Banner account unlocked.
