If your have recently installed FireFox and a popup message window appears as in figure 1, that indicates that the Jinitiator Plugin DLL file is NOT installed.in the browser's Plugin folder.

Using IE browser - click in the following link https://inb.wwu.edu to install the Jinitiator NPJinit1.3.1.18.dll Plugin DLL file

Close the Netscape or Firefox browser if opened
Using Windows Explorer (not IE Explorer browser) go to c:\Program\Oracle\Jinitiator
1.3.1.18\bin folder
Within the bin subfolder, locate the NPJinit- 1.3.1.18.dll file
Right mouse click on the NPJinit1.3.1.1.18.dll file and select "copy"
(this file)
Paste the file intothe Program\Netscape\Netscap6\Plugins
folder or Program\Mozilla Firefox\Plugins
folder
Right Mouse click on the Plugins folder and select "paste" (the
NPJinit-1.3.1.18.dll file will be copied into the Plugin folder)
