First, be sure you are logged into your computer with Windows administrator privileges so you can install an application.
To upgrade your client, navigate to the X drive, X:\Software\BiQuery and double-click on 'BIQuery9_install.bat'
The install script will begin, then will ask if you want to upgrade:
Click 'yes'!
If you see a message similar to this during the install or when running BI Query 9 be sure to click 'Unblock':
