Note: the above problems are associated with pop-up blocker features which may be enabled in your web browser or within a browser search toolbar such as the Google toolbar, or a pop-up blocker utility program such as Stopzilla.

If you want to keep the pop-up blockers options enabled,  you can manually over-ride the enabled pop-up blockers settings by pressing and holding down the <Control> key while double clicking your mouse on the URL or on a specific drop down menu selection such as in figure 2 (Data Extract). The pop-up window should display.

If you do not want to over-ride the pop-up blockers options perform the following in Step 1 to disable pop-up blockers in IE and  in step2 below to disable pop-up blockers in Google. If you are using a pop-up utility such as Stopziilla, disable or uninstall the utility.

Step 1: Disable the IE  "Use Pop-up Blocker" feature:
 - go to "IE Tools"
- select  "Internet Options"
- select "Security"
- select "Custom Level"
-
set " Use Pop-up Blocker to Disable"

Step2: If you are using the Google toolbar: go to the toolbar "Options" and disable the Block popup feature.
