read this doc if you are not familiar on  how to set up SSH Client or how to use SFTP
SSH - connecting to Gecko
1. From the Novell application launcher click on the Hydra SSH" icon "
2. a. Click on the Profiles button b. Click on Gecko
3. Identify yourself to the remote host Gecko. Type in your user name then press "Connect" button
4. You will prompted with this message the first time you log in press "Yes" button if you wish to proceed
5. A notification popup window will appear - press "ok" button
6. Enter your password - press "OK" button
7. - Answer  yes - you are now at the command line prompt - Type passwd to change your password Important:  Type "exit" to quit the connection before closing the SSH   application. Simply closing ssh is not sufficient to log you off the host.

You may see this message if an upgrade occurs. If you are unsure whether to proceed,
