Is there an admission charge for visiting the WWU Employee Arts & Crafts Show?

There is no admission charge for the show.

Where is the show located?

The Employee Arts & Crafts show is located on the WWU campus in the Viking Union, Room 565. WWU map and driving directions: Campus Map

Where can I park?

Before parking, visitors need to purchase a parking permit at the Visitor Center located in the lobby of the Campus Services building at 2001 Bill McDonald Parkway. You will receive a map showing which parking lots are available. Parking map (.pdf)

You may also park free of charge at the Lincoln Street Park & Ride and take the bus to WWU.
For transportation information call the Sustainable Transportation Office 650-7960.

Do I need a parking permit?

Yes, parking permits are required. They are available at the Visitors Center located in the lobby of the Campus Services building at 2001 Bill McDonald Parkway.

How can I take the bus to the show?

Any WTA bus leaving the Bellingham station going to WWU will drop you off in front of the Viking Union.

Who can participate in the Employee Arts & Crafts show?

All WWU Staff and Faculty may enter the show.

How do I enter my artwork in the show?

All entry forms and information are located on the Exhibitors page. If you do not have access to print the online forms, call Randi Cattarin (360)650-3695 and the materials will be sent to you.

When do exhibitors drop off their artwork at the end of the show?

Exhibitors will drop off their artwork on Friday, March 13, from Noon to 2 pm at VU565.

When do exhibitors pick up their artwork?

Exhibitors will pick up their artwork on Friday, March 20 between 2:00 and 4:00 pm.
Entries may not be removed from display until 2 pm
on March 20.

Are there special parking arrangements for exhibitors dropping off and picking up their artwork?

Exhibitors may call Randi Cattarin (360)650-3695 and request a special parking permit to drop off and pick up their artwork.

When will volunteers hang the show?

Volunteers will hang the show on Saturday, March 14.
