Salary Increase Comparisons
The following are the basic salary increases for three institutions, alluded to in the Union's publication "Crossroads", compared with the current offer of the university.
Note: Retroactive pay per se is allowable in successor agreements but is an illegal subject of bargaining in a first contract in Washington. See Snohomish County v Snohomish County Corrections Guild. The UFWW bargaining team withdrew its proposal for retroactivity on March 12.
