The CASCAID Advocacy Conference is an opportunity for advocates and activists to come together to exchange ideas academic and practical. The emphasis is on ways to improve advocacy skills by sharing experiences, methods, and ideas related to building civil discourse and grassroots political action and awareness.
The theme this year is Global Citizenship. CASCAID is seeking
contributions that address citizenship promotion and the building of a
global infrastructure in society. Consideration of historical and ongoing
conflicts would be appropriate, as well as general examinations of the
concept and theory of "global citizenship."
