Once again the Sigma Xi Poster Competition will be held in conjunction with Scholars Week All-University Scholars Poster Session. New this year, all posters must be registered online using the Scholars Week Registration page: http://west.wwu.edu/scholarsweek/create.aspx
There is a “checkbox” on the poster registration page for posters that want to be considered in the Sigma Xi Poster Competition. The deadline for submission of posters is Friday, April 29, 2011.
In order to accommodate the large number of poster submissions, this year the poster session will be split into two poster sessions, one on Thursday and one on Friday, May 19 & 20, in the library from 10 am to 2 pm. The registration form asks that you indicate your preferred day(s) for presenting, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to honor your request. Students registered by the deadline for the poster session will also be invited to the Annual Scholars Week Banquet.
