• Preventive Maintenance - PM
  • An individual work order is written for each PM.
• Reactive Maintenance - RM
  • Either an individual work order is written for each event or the work is done on a Standing Work Order if the work falls within the work limits of the Standing Work Order
• Corrective Maintenance - CM
  • Either an individual work order is written for each event or the work is done on a Standing Work Order if the work falls within the work limits of the Standing Work Order
• New constructions - NC
  • An individual work order is written for each event

Tracking the work

• Tracking FAMIS Self-Service is the on-line tool available to track how your work is doing.    FAMIS Work Flow provides a description of the status for each step of the work.  Use the status to know where your work is in the process.
