Facilities Management Motor Pool Vehicle Daily Rental Program Campus budget reductions combined with the availability of an existing State contract with Enterprise Rental have resulted in the curtailment of the Facility Management's Motor Pool Daily Rental program as of August 1st. Past users of the MP Daily Rental program are encouraged to begin using Enterprise Rental. Information pertaining to Enterprise vehicle rental can be found on the Western Travel Services website at http://www.wwu.edu/fs/Travel/cars.shtml. The curtailment of the FM's self-sustaining Daily Rental program was necessary because for the past several years the program's costs have increasingly exceeded its revenues by over $137,000. With our recent budget reductions, Facilities Management can no longer sustain this level of loss. The rate increases necessary to cover the Daily Rental program's costs would result in rental rates significantly greater than those of Enterprise Rental under the terms of the State contract with Enterprise. After an Enterprise rental has been completed, your rental receipt can printed from: https://www.enterprise.com/car_rental/ticketReceiptRequest.do.
