Requests for maintenance or renovation services are made through the submittal of a "Work Request." Work requests are divided into funded and chargeable services.

• Funded services are provided without charge and are supported through operating funds appropriated by the State Legislature.
• Chargeable services are supported by direct charges to the client requesting the service.

Maintenance, repair and operations of University Residences, Associated Students and related auxiliary facilities, while performed by Facilities Management personnel, is coordinated through University Residences' Facilities Management or Associated Students' Facilities Services. All University Residences' maintenance or renovation requests should be directed to 650-3556. All Associated Students' maintenance or renovation requests should be directed to 650-3450.
