TIM WYNN, DIRECTOR
Tim Wynn joined Western as the Director of Facilities Management in July 2001. Tim served in the U.S. Army for 30 years as an army engineer. He is a registered professional engineer with over 30 years of facility management experience and holds a BA in science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., an MBA from Long Island University, and an MS in Applied Science from the University of California. He returned to West Point as an assistant professor of Physics from 1977 to 1980.

Administrative Support
Facilities Management's (FM) Administrative Services provides clerical and administrative support to the Director of Facilities Management, assistant directors, managers and staff.
FM's administrative office provides management, accounting, clerical and training services for the department and its operations, as well as the processing and maintenance of the organization's personnel paperwork and training records.

Operations Support
Operations Support provides the Facilities Management organization with communication and operational services. The administrative support activities include coordination of the department's communication plan, development of administrative policies and procedures and analysis of operational processes.
Operations Support also oversees the procurement and distribution of the university's utilities (water, sewer, power and fuel).
