• Commissioning of new building systems
• Maintenance of clocks connected to the central controller (other battery operated clocks are not maintained by FM)
• Maintenance of refrigeration units and equipment
• Operation and maintenance of fire and intrusion alarm systems
• Operation of the Energy Management Control System, a computer network that controls all mechanical systems throughout campus including equipment run times, temperature monitoring and building warm up schedules during cold weather
• Retro-commissioning of existing building systems
