Plumbing/Sheet Metal Services includes the following crafts:
- Sheet Metal
- Plumbing
- Pipe Insulation
- Asbestos Removal
Services provided:
- Assist with FM's Design Group
- Assist with public works projects as requested
- Campus wide maintenance and repair on domestic water, sewer, wet fire, steam heating and hot water heating systems
- Demolition work related to in-house projects
- Emergency response when necessary
- General sheet metal, plumbing and insulation installation and asbestos removal work on in-house projects
- Renovations, maintenance and repairs as a team member with all other FM shops
- Renovations, maintenance and repair in support of University Residences
- Sign making and installation in conjunction with the Paint and Carpentry Shops
- Troubleshooting and repair of campus equipment
- Welding services for in-house projects and maintenance and repair
