State of Washington regulations require that all airfares for WWU traveler's (employees, students, guests, contractors & interviewees) must be purchased in one of the following ways:

With a Corporate Travel Card

• Alaska/Horizon Air EasyBiz
• Via a WWU Contract Travel Agency
• Book directly on any airline web site
• Directly call any airline

 

Without a Corporate Travel Card

• Via a WWU Contract Travel Agency (TA must be locked prior to booking)
• Bood directly on any airline web site
• Directly call any airline

 

Do NOT use your personal credit card to pay for your WWU airline tickets
