Degree Completion Deadlines

A list of Degree completion Deadlines for the current academic year is available here as a PDF form. This format requires Acrobat Reader. Click on the link below to download.

The Application For Degree ("Blue Card"),
Degree Recommendation (Thesis), and
Degree Recommendation (Non-Thesis)
are now available as E-Sign Forms that you may submit online. See deadlines for the current academic year (above) for specific due dates.

If you have questions, contact your graduate program adviser or the Graduate School.

Diploma distribution

Diplomas are generally sent out 1 to 2 weeks after commencement.

Students with outstanding thesis copies will not be sent their diplomas until thesis copies are received by the Graduate School.
