It is important that you follow this schedule carefully and attend each IEP event as scheduled.

June 19 - Monday New Students only:

Placement Testing 10:00 a.m.- Noon HU 102

BRING PASSPORTS, VISAS, AND I-20'S WITH YOU DURING TESTING

Oral Interviews for new students 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. HU 102

June 20 - Tuesday New Students only:

Information Session 10:00-11:30 a.m. Library Presentation Room

WWU Card Office to obtain identification card 11:30 – 12:00 p.m.

(This is for new students who do not have their WWU Card. Bring your passport)

Break 12:00 – 1:00 p.m..

Meet back at Library Presentation Room at 1 p.m. to go as a group to Health Center

Health Clinic and Campus Tour 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. Student Health Center

June 21 - All Students: REGISTRATION - Tuition and fees are due at this time.

Wednesday Library Presentation Room (you will be shown where during Orientation.)

9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Health and Safety Orientation – new students only 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

June 22 - Thursday All Students: Classes begin. Check your schedule for times and places.

June 23 - Friday New Students: Go for your TB test reads any time between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Student Health Center. (Please go during your break, not during class time)

June 23 - Friday All Students: Regular Class Schedule

June 24 - Saturday New Students: WA State ID's and Bank Accounts (transportation provided –

tentative time 7:50 a.m. pick up at Birnam Wood bus stop; 8:00 a.m. at Haggen)
