Western Washington University is participating in a State contracted procurement card program called the "PCard Program". JP Morgan Chase issues VISA cards and provides online website services, PaymentNet, for review and approval of purchases.
The purpose of the program is to provide easier acquisition of small dollar purchases; to reduce the paperwork required when making certain types of purchases; to expand purchasing capability because many suppliers accept VISA credit cards; and to provide comprehensive expenditure reporting and review capabilities.
