What is my PIN if I have never changed it?
Your initial Personal Identification Number (PIN) consists of the first six digits of your social security number. If you do not have a social security number use your date of birth (listed as Month/Day/Year and entered as MMDDYY, e.g., if your birth date is February 6, 1980 enter, 020680). You are encouraged to change your PIN to a customized code for added security.

How do I change my PIN?
To change your PIN via Web4U, select 'Personal Information' from the main menu, then 'Change PIN'.

What is the Login Verification Security Question and Answer?
If you ever forget your PIN, you can reset it yourself. After logging into Web4U you will be asked to enter your personal security question, along with the answer. This will enable you to reset your PIN without calling for assistance. To help you remember your answer, keep it short, limit spaces and do not use special characters. Your answer is limited to 30 characters.

What do I do if I forget my PIN?
Go to Web4U, enter your User ID (Western number) and click on the "Forgot PIN?" button. You will be asked a security question, which you have previously entered. A successful answer will enable you to reset your PIN and gain access to your information.

I tried to log on several times but I kept getting it wrong. Now that I have it right, it won't let me in. Why?
After five (5) consecutive logon failures, Web4U disables your PIN to protect your data. You must then have your PIN reset by contacting the Registrar's Office at (360)650-3432.

After logging on to Web for Students I went and did something else for awhile. Now I have been logged off the system. What happened?
After ten (10) minutes of inactivity the Web for Students system automatically logs you off. This is to prevent others from accessing your account.
