Web 4 u Classfinder Transcripts Commencement

Internet Transcript Ordering

 

  • Your transcript request will be mailed, faxed or available for pick up 1 to 2 days after your signed Authorization Form is received.
  • *In accordance with the Federal Privacy Act of 1974, we need your signed authorization to release transcript information to a third party.
  • Your transcripts will be issued when all holds have been removed and outstanding bills have been paid to WWU. Notification will be sent to you by email or fax (and text messaging) should you have holds to resolve.
  • Documents which need to be included with your transcript require a completed Authorization Form and will be processed at no additional charge.

2.1 Log on to Web4U *Choosing this option may save you from completing an Authorization Form*

  • You need to know your Student ID and Web4U PIN
    • Click on Student
    • Click on Student Records
    • Click on Order Official Transcript

  • If you do not know your Student ID and Web4U PIN:
    • Review the PIN FAQ, or
    • Call (360) 650-3432 to get your ID and PIN

2.2 Log on to Credentials, Inc. *Requires a completed Authorization Form* (you will be prompted at the end of the order to send this form).

  • Status updates. Receive e-mail or fax updates (your choice) on the status of your request, from receipt of the order to a notice when your order is complete. This includes confirmation numbers, express delivery tracking numbers, and toll-free phone assistance. If there is a problem in processing your request, you are notified.
