• Your transcript request will be mailed, faxed or available for pick up 1 to 2 days after we receive your signed release form.
• Your transcripts will be issued when all holds have been removed and outstanding bills have been paid to WWU. Notification will be sent to you by email or fax should you have holds to resolve.

2. Be prepared to fax or email a written authorization

• In accordance with the Federal Privacy Act of 1974, we need your signed authorization to release transcript information to a third party. A signature made with a compuer mouse or cursive computre font is not acceptable.
