Hi! My name is Kris Baier. I work for Western Washington University in the Destination Graduation program in Student Outreach Services. I'm also a graduate student in the Student Affairs Administration program located in Woodring College of Education. I grew up in Olympia, Washington and graduated from Washington State University with my degree in Music Education.

Music and education are passions of mine. I also enjoy traveling around the world. I've had the pleasure of visiting places like Shanghai, London, Barcelona, Rome, Berlin, Paris, Beijing, and many, many other places. If you like traveling, I'd love to connect with you.

Currently, I live in Bellingham near Western's campus. I usually bike or walk to work which really suits me well. On the weekends, I like to see my friends, be near the water and discover new hiking trails. When its football or baseball season, you can find me traveling to Seattle or to Pullman to see my favorite teams.

I'm excited to work in Student Outreach Services because I have the opportunity to work closely with students and share in their successes, both personal and educational.
