Leadership VIPs
Student Outreach Services, in cooperation with the Student Life Office, supports the Leadership Advantage Program with an Academic Support Coordinator (ASC) assigned specifically to Leadership VIPs. The ASC and the VIPs work together to develop an academic plan, including course selection, major preparation, leadership opportunities, and leadership enhancement. VIPs meet their ASC twice quarterly to ensure maintenance of Leadership Advantage scholarship standards.
Peer Mentors
If you will be coming to Western and have been accepted as a Leadership VIP student, you will be assigned a student Peer Mentor who will be available to provide campus support for you.
