Xerox Technical Minority Scholarship Program
Xerox is giving away scholarships in the amount of $1,000 - $10,000. Applicants must be academic high-achievers (3.0 or better GPA). Applicants must be US citizens or visa-holding Permanent Residents of African American, Asian, Pacific Island, Native American, Native Alaskan, or Hispanic descent. They must be enrolled as a full time undergraduate or graduate student in any of the following technical fields: Chemistry, Information Management, Computing & Software Systems, Material Science, Printing Management Science, Laser Optics, Physics, Material Science, and Engineering (Chemical, Computer, Electrical, Imaging, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Optical, or Software).For more details about the scholarship, please click on the link below:

Gloria and Joseph Mattera National Scholarship for Migrant Children - BOCES Genesco Migrant Center
The purpose of the Gloria and Joseph Mattera National Scholarship Fund for Migrant Children is to assist financially those migrant youth who have the potential and the desire to further their education to achieve their personal and career goals. Eligible applicants must be entering or enrolled in college or other types of post-secondary programs, high school dropouts or potential dropouts.
Awards:
Grant amounts are determined by the Screening Committee on the basis of background in migrant farmwork, financial need and the potential of the youth. The Fund grants approximately 100 awards annually ranging from $150 to $500.
Deadline:
There is no deadline for applications which are reviewed on a case by case basis. Students may reapply annually but are limited to one award per 12 month period.
