Study Groups
Participation in study groups is an excellent way to supplement individual study. The Tutoring Center offers facilitated study groups, led by peer tutors who are familiar with the courses and instructors. The facilitator encourages student participation, keeps discussion on-track, and helps students understand difficult problems and concepts.
The TC also helps students organize their own study groups to provide the opportunity to compare notes, work on assignments, discuss material, and prepare for exams.
