Sisters of Color International (SOCI) bring together
feminist women of color in celebration of themselves and commitment
to social justice. SOCI was founded in Chicago in 1991 after
a walk out the previous year by the Women of Color Caucus of
the national Women Studies Association. Since then, we have
had several national and regional meetings.
