Vision: We envision a campus that is thriving with the scholarly study of leadership, while fostering an environment where students have a myriad of opportunities for student leadership experiences, leadership development, and the opportunity to reflect on their leadership journeys at Western. Any student who desires a leadership journey has the opportunity to have meaningful leadership experiences, linked with learning and reflection, resulting in the student's well-rounded leadership development and consistent with Western's liberal arts environment and mission of engaged excellence.

Mission: The mission of Western's Leadership Advantage (WLA) is to develop graduates who are well prepared to exercise responsible leadership in their chosen fields and careers, and in their communities.
