One-time Application Fee: $100
IEP Tuition: $3,212
Quarterly Fees: $900

Quarterly Fees Include: Health insurance, bus pass, Recreation Center (gym), Student Health Center, library, computer labs, etc. Housing, personal expenses and textbook costs are not included.  

WWU Payment and Fee Information

Payments made with cash, check, or debit card can be paid in-person the Student Business Office (SBO) in Old Main 110.

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) payments can be made online through the Student Business Office and will be charged a 2.75% fee. You will need the student’s W# and Last name to make an online payment. Electronic Payments can me made online via Western Union Business Solutions. Students will need their home country banking information to pay via Western Union.

We generally recommend that students open checking accounts from an American bank after they arrive at Western. IEP staff will assist students with opening checking accounts.

For additional payment information, please contact the Student Business Office (SBO). Tuition is due AFTER students have registered for classes in IEP.

Note: a $150 Sponsored Student Fee will be assessed for students whose tuition is invoiced to a third party agency or sponsor. Additional documentation such as grade reports, completion certificates, etc. may also be provided to the sponsor upon request.

Refund Information

Partial tuition refunds are given the second and third week. After the third week of classes, refunds will not be given.
