Resources for Summer Program Participants

Western’s Policy on Preventing and Responding to Sex Discrimination, Including Sexual Misconduct and Policy on Ensuring Equal Opportunity and Prohibiting Discrimination and Retaliation, apply to all people who use University facilities or participate in University programs. This includes participants in summer programs hosted by Western or that use Western’s campus.

Western departments that organize or host summer programs are asked to display posters about Title IX rights where they can be easily viewed by summer program participants. Departments are also asked to provide their summer program staff with wallet cards listing reporting options and confidential resources for summer program participants. Please contact the Equal Opportunity Office at (360) 650-3307 or eoo@wwu.edufor copies of these materials.
