Biography

PATRICK DIZNEY received his MFA in Acting from the University of Washington's Professional Actor Training Program in 1998, and moved immediately to New York where he worked on and off professionally for 6 years.

 

Credits include prime time television, national commercials, numerous feature and independent films, industrial videos, children's theatre, 2 national tours, Off and Off-Off Broadway, and Regional theatre.

 

Directing credits include: 36 Views, The Diviners, The Foreigner, Meatgrinder Waltz (at 13th Street Rep in NYC), and 2 original scripts: If Dreams Came True, and Convention. He is also a member of Lines and Blood Productions, with whom he has made 3 films, and has a script presently under development.This is his fourth year at WWU, where he teaches Intro to Cinema, Acting for the Camera, Beginning Acting, Play Analysis, and Voice and Diction.
