Visit Fairhaven

Fairhaven College is located next to the Sehome Arboretum at the southern end of Western Washington University's campus (a 10 minute walk from the VIking Union) in Bellingham, Washington. From WWU's Viking Union, you can see views of Bellingham Bay and the San Juan Islands.

 

Bellingham is about 60 miles south of Vancouver, British Columbia, and about 90 miles north of Seattle, WA.

With advance notice, appointments can be arranged with Fairhaven Admissions staff, current Fairhaven students and other Western staff by calling: (360) 650-2976.


Students who apply for admission to Fairhaven by January 15th will be invited to a day-long visit featuring: class visits, lunch with current students, and an interview with Fairhaven Admissions staff.

 

Events for Prospective Students & Families

Fairhaven holds Open House events several times during the year in order for students and families to tour Fairhaven, meet faculty and current students, or sit in on a class.

 

 

 


Directions & Parking Information

See the WWU Directions to get to WWU Campus and the Campus Services Building on Bill McDonald Parkway. Once you arrive at Campus Services, tell them you're a guest of Admissions and request a parking pass for lot 12A, which is directly in front of the Fairhaven College building.

 

Fairhaven College is located on a hill at the top of the gray stairs. Enter the front doors and go to the right at the top of the stairs to reach the Fairhaven College Main Office. For Accessibility information, please see the Campus Accessibility Map.
